Petecia “Le Fawnhawk” Maggiori and Mark Maggiori are Los Angeles based artists. Friend and filmmaker joined the couple on a trip to New Mexico to create a video portrait of their relationship, showing us how they see each other and how their work is deeply influenced by the American West. In the resulting film, Artists in Love, Petecia says of Mark, “He fell in love with that kind of escaping from society and hiding in the desert and the dust, and I think it's just a sort of romanticism of America.” You can follow more of Wood's work and on Instagram .
