We met up with pro skier and environmental activist Caroline Gleich and her fiancé, Rob Lea, in their home in Park City, Utah, to make their famous taco-salad dinner. The pair recently returned from a successful climb and ski descent of Cho Oyu, and Lea is currently training for a 2019 attempt of what he calls the Ultimate World Triathlon: climbing Mount Everest, swimming across the English Channel, and biking across America.
