With a powder skirt, a fleecy lining, and a DWR coating, Patagonia’s Pipe Down Jacket ($300) is perfect for cold-weather skiing. As are Oakley’s insulated Arrestino Pants ($250; ). Gordini’s windproof Warrior Gloves ($90; ) were some of the best of the year.
