If you run on a mix of pavement and dirt—often in the same outing—you’ll appreciate the Voza. To prove the point, we tested these lightweight trail runners on the streets of L.A., where the shoe’s midsole, and especially the amply cushioned heel, proved remarkably comfortable. Off-road, the forefoot gripped well, but we would have liked more traction in the heel on technical descents and more control on uneven terrain (the soft upper lacks the stability of other trail shoes). Note: Most testers found the fit a little too roomy overall, especially in the toe box. But if you wear thicker socks, or have wide feet, the Voza may suit you just right. 11.2 oz;
