Hiking, biking, trail running—we did it all with the Diablo. There’s just enough space in this 352-cubic-inch pack to stash an emergency shell, a bike pump, and a snack, especially if you take advantage of its waist-belt pockets, two external stash pockets, and bungee strap. But what really makes this the sweetest little pack we’ve tested in a while is the springy suspension system, which uses rubber connectors that maintained stability even when we were scrambling up talus fields in Rocky Mountain National Park or biking the technical More Fun trail in Fruita, Colorado.
