THE SELL: A streamlined little multisport daypack. THE TEST: Most packs this small—14 liters—have room for a full hydration bladder (not included) and not much else. But thanks to its ballooning upper cargo hold and roomy exterior stuff-it pocket, the Aerios could still swallow a down shirt, bike gear, and an SLR camera with a telephoto lens. Our runners loved the removable elastic waist strap. The modular bungee on the Aerios 14 cinches down loads and provides quick-stash storage; it can also be stowed for a sleeker, snag-free pack. THE VERDICT: It’s a bit pricey for a hydration pack, but the Aerios could replace a few of the daypacks currently clogging your closet. 1.2 lbs
