On a dive less than a mile from the shores of Oahu, we could hear the dolphins interacting in the distance. Kimi Werner, who practically swims like one of the animals, and I were taking turns cruising some 40 feet below the surface. As I was coming up from a dive, two dolphins swam over my right shoulder just out of reach. I quickly turned around to see Kimi encircled by them, with two pods passing her on either side. I caught up and was able to capture this frame looking down at Kimi and her dive partners.
