Last week, Clif Bar and Sender Films released, a video featuring teenage rock climbersAshima Shiraishi, 14,and Kai Lightner, 16,on YouTube. The short film showsthe twoathletes as they climbroutes together inside Norway’sFlatanger cave.

Shiraishi, the second female climber ever to conquer a V14 problem, is known for her focus and mental toughness. “I want to show girls it’s possible for them,”she says in the video.
