WADA Keeps Clenbuterol on Banned List

Clenbuterol, the muscle-building drug found in Alberto Contador’s urine during the 2010 Tour de France, will remain on the ‘s banned substance list for 2012, the organization has announced. WADA not to introduce a minimum threshold for clenbuterol positives, an idea supported by some drug testers, including David Cowan, the director of the anti-doping lab for next year’s London Olympics.
