Yeah, Ive got it. Not that I think that one glove does it all; I like to keep a few different types in my ski bag so I can choose one based on conditions. But my favorite is the Randonnee ($100). Its just a great glove, with outers of Marmot MemBrain combined with Primaloft insulation and a Gore-Tex liner. Very warm, waterproofgreat from freezing down to zero or below (when it gets really cold, add a silk glove liner). Itll take you from the icy East to powder in the West. But for all that, its remarkably soft and nimble. You can tie shoelaces while wearing a pair.
The RandonneeI also like s Innuendo glove ($99). Gore-Tex outers in this case, lofty insulation and leather palms with long cut so they fit up and under a jacket (same for the Randonees). Like the Marmot gloves, warm to quite-cold conditions, waterproof, tough.
For warmer conditions, throw in a pair of All-Weather Gloves ($35). These are water-repellent, medium-warm gloves for when its around freezing. Or, Thermo Gloves ($35), made with windproof fleece thats great when its chilly but not really cold. A good option for you.
Point the tips downhill and rip it!
