Danish cyclist Alex Rasmussen was by Team HTC-Highroad on Thursday after missing his third doping test in 18 months. A two-time track world champion, Rasmussen, 27, had just signed a contract with Garmin-Cervelo in the aftermath of HTC-Highroad’s collapse last month. Garmin has also terminated that agreement. Rasmussen will miss next weeks road world championships in Copenhagen and must now face a hearing in front of the Danish sports commission.
