Peer-to-peer rental company GearCommons launched a monthlong crowdfunding campaign on Wednesday to produce a documentary about its service, .

GearCommons has taken a crowdsourcing approach—like Uber, Airbnb, and Zipcar—to bring the crowdsharing economy to outdoor gear. The company is searching for backers for its film project, Share the ϳԹ. By donating, people will get a chance to be in the documentary. At the end of the 30-day campaign, one supporter and a friend will be selected for an all-expenses-paid trip to Colorado, where they will stay in people’s homes and use their cars and gear.

“As avid outdoorsmen, we’re always looking for the next adventure and people to create those experiences with,” said Mike Brown, co-owner of GearCommons, in the release. “And with this film project, we want to highlight two friends on their shared journey to spread the word that getting outdoors can be more accessible and affordable through a peer-to-peer approach.”

Filming is expected to begin in July if the company hits its funding goal.
