Nike and Apple reached a settlement in a 2013 class action lawsuit regarding the Nike+ FuelBand, on Monday. As part of the settlement, consumers who purchased Nike+ FuelBands between January 19, 2012, and June 17, 2015, are now eligible for $15 cash or a $25 Nike gift card.

The lawsuit said that “false and/or misleading statements were made regarding the Nike+ FuelBand’s ability to accurately track calories, steps, and NikeFuel,” according to . Both Nike and Apple deny the claims in the lawsuit.
