Russian marathoner Liliya Shobukhova was stripped of her Chicago Marathon and London Marathon titles due to doping allegations, .

Shobukhova was the only person to win three straight Chicago Marathon titles, winning in 2009, 2010, and 2011. She won the London Marathon in 2010 and placed second in 2011.

On Thursday, the International Track Federation confirmed that all of Shobukhova’s competitive results after October 9, 2009, have been disqualified, . She will continue to carry out her three-year suspension from competitive running until March 2016.
