A in Idaho belongs to a wakeboarder who suffered an accident more than two months ago. Angler Nolan Calvin was cleaning a fish that he caught at Priest Lake on September 11 when he found the finger. He called the Bonner County sheriff’s office, where detectives were able to use fingerprinting to match the digit to Haans Galaasi, of Colbert, Washington. “The sheriff called me and told me he had a strange story to tell me,” Galassi told the Associated Press. “He said that a fisherman was out on Priest Lake, and I pretty much knew exactly what he was going to say at that point.” Galassi, 31, lost four fingers on his left hand when they got caught in a towline while he was wakeboarding.
