More Frozen Food Found in Arctic

In this month's issue, we've got the scoop on , but according to the , more frozen food has been discovered in the Arctic: two blocks of New Zealand butter, to be exact. The butter was found in the hut used by British explorer Robert Falcon Scott during his failed 1910-1912 expedition. Recent deterioration of the hut had prompted the Antarctic Heritage Trust to begin a preservation project, and that's when the butter was discovered. Apparently, the butter's pretty ripe, but hey — if they find some frozen sugar and cinnamon, we can make 18th-century !
