Film Synopsis
On February 2nd, 2011, Dennis Urubko, Simone Moro, and Cory Richards made mountaineering history when they summited Pakistan’s 8,000 meter Gasherbrum II in winter. They got lost on the mountain’s upper slopes during a whiteout, were hit by an avalanche, and fell into a crevasse on the descent. The film won Grand Prize at and the and was selected for the Charlie Fowler award at .
