The World Anti-Doping Agency and the International Cycling Union signed an agreement Tuesday allowing WADA to monitor drug testing at this year's Tour de France, the .
Under the agreement, representatives from WADA will be able to observe all of the UCI's anti-doping procedures and have access to all related documents. Following the Tour, which runs July 3-25, WADA will also write a report on the UCI's anti-doping activities.
The UCI requested observers last October in an attempt to add transparency to their anti-doping efforts.
