The head of France's anti-doping agency said he would do anything to help Jeff Novitzky's federal investigation of Lance Armstrong, .
Pierre Bordry said that if Novitzky asked, Bordry would give the Food and Drug Administration agent Armstrong's “B” samples from the 1999 Tour de France. When the urine samples were taken in 1999, there was no reliable test for EPO.
Bordry is not allowed to test the samples because the World Anti-Doping Agency does not allow testing of samples taken longer than eight years prior. However, Bordry said, U.S. prosecutors aren't subject to this rule because it's not a disciplinary case.
