POSTURE

Stand against a doorframe and bend at your ankles four to six degrees. This is the position you should maintain as you run.

STRIDE
Overstriding can cause heel strikes and waste energy. Your feet should fall beneath you, with your head, shoulders, and hips aligned.

ELBOWS
To avoid a hunched position, keep your elbows tucked at your side and swing your arms in a straight line, thumbs pointed slightly outward.
