Michael Feigin, owner of a boutique gym in Brooklyn and frequent traveler, sits down with the New York Times's to talk exercise on the go — even when your hotel doesn't have a gym. Feigin offers up some interesting solutions to the “tiny room” dilemma and brings up the hazards of weight-lifting before sleeping in a foreign bed. What do you do when you're on the go and there's no gym to counteract all that tasty vacation food?
