By now, you've probably seen ads for shoes for women, the shoes that claim to tone your legs and butt by engaging the calf, hamstring, and gluteal muscles. But if you weren't one of the many who bought into the premise that the effects of the shoes will “make your boobs jealous,” you might be wondering: can those things really work?
did some researching and found out that the study backing the muscle-toning effects of the Reeboks is, well, a little weak. The company-financed study is based on the observations of only five people, and has not been published in any peer-reviewed journals. Reebok says they have since collected 15,000 hours worth of data from shoe-users who have noticed an improvement.
We want to hear from any ladies out there who have bought a pair of these. Do you think they work?
