THE RECIPE
20 ounces water
1 tablespoon ($32 for ten ounces)
1 teaspoon organic extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons raw honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup
1 tablespoon : 40 percent native whey protein isolate, 40 percent micellar casein, 20 percent egg white ($16 for one pound)
1 dash each of vanilla extract and Stevia to taste
