Police officers raiding a marijuana farm in British Columbia last week were astonished last when they discovered ten bears guarding the property, the .

The bears loped into view as the five officers approached.  Initially shocked, the officers quickly discovered the bears were tame.  One bear sat on the hood of one of the police cars while the others simply watched.  The police believe dog food was used to attract the bears.

Two men were arrested in the raid.  The fate of the bears has not been decided, though they might be put down after being accustomed to humans.
