Gray Whale Wanders to Atlantic Ocean

A gray whale has been spotted in the Atlantic ocean–a location where gray whales have been extinct for over 200 years, according to . The whale, who drifted through the atlantic and was spotted off the coast of Israel, has generated quite the buzz, leaving scientists and experts curious and astonished. Once upon a time  swam in the Atlantic ocean–prior to being wiped out by commercial whalers– and have now been confined to the Pacific. For now, experts believe the rogue whale is either painfully lost (probable) or a that  a population of Atlantic gray whales has escaped the eyes of man (doubtful). Whatever the reason, our gray friend is making headlines, and it may not be the last to do so. Here's to a whale with a little adventure in it's blood.
