Gillian Burnes
Gillian Burnes works as a copy editor from her home on the edge of her in-laws’ organic cattle farm in central Maine. Her first novel, , about a public radio reporter with an empathy problem, was a Maine Literary Award finalist. She’s recently taken up single sculling and can be found on the Kennebec River in the early mornings, hoping not to get tipped over by a leaping sturgeon.
