Diane Selkirk is a nomadic writer from Vancouver, British Columbia, who lives and voyages aboard a 40-foot catamaran called Ceilydh with her husband, daughter, and Charlie the boat cat. Her yacht travels have taken her more than 20,000 miles and most recently included a voyage across the Pacific Ocean where she learned to drink kava, dive with sharks, and cook all sorts of unusual foods.
