Hydro Flask announced Monday it will be acquired by homegoods giant Helen of Troy for roughly $210 million.

Helen of Troy owns Dr. Scholl’s, Oxo, Revlon, Honeywell, and dozens of other consumer brands. Hydro Flask is based in Bend, Oregon, and is expected to have net sales revenue of $65 – $70 million, according to a press release from Helen of Troy.

“In less than five years, Hydro Flask has become a strong No. 2 in hydration bottles in the outdoor & fitness channels,” Helen of Troy CEO Julien Mininberg said in the press release. “The business has more than quadrupled in size since the beginning of calendar year 2014, grew over 50 percent in calendar year 2015, and has been the key driver behind the majority of the growth of the category itself.”

Hydro Flask has been listed on the Inc. 500 List of Fastest-Growing Companies twice in a row, and was REI’s Action Sports Vendor Partner of the Year in 2015. The company said Monday it will remain headquartered in Bend and will retain all of its employees.
