After a successful four days shooting off the coast of British Columbia, we crossed the and came across at least 150 Pacific white-sided dolphins, all curious about our boat. We spent nearly two hours watching them dart back and forth in our wake. When they became disinterested, we'd rev up the engine and start to leave. They'd chase us down.
I have a few great images of dolphins jumping and flipping, but this photograph is one of my favorites because of its surreal feeling.
